FOR COMFORT LIVING
Kings Point Windows specialises in uPVC double and triple glazed windows in Sydney, custom-made to fit your needs and provide the best possible comfort. We focus on providing solutions, targeting common window insulation issues such as noise, weather, safety and durability.

ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS
We are dedicated to providing soundproof windows and doors for the future, with a robust environmental process. The profiles we use are manufactured with a highly ecological process adhering to the highest European sustainable production standards. Our uPVC double glazed windows in Sydney have an extremely long lifespan, full recyclability and a high degree of insulation for energy efficiency, reducing your heating and cooling costs.
Thermal Insulation

No matter in which climate Kings Point Windows uPVC windows are installed, they contribute to a comfortable atmosphere in your home. Both the design and the uPVC material of our windows system prevents thermal bridging, and therefore, the thermal insulating performance of the finished window or door is exceptionally good. This is because uPVC is a non-conductive material. Combined with double or triple glazing, our windows are unparalleled in energy efficiency. They are able to significantly reduce the amount of heat loss and gain, which saves you hundreds on your heating and air conditioning bills.
Made for double and triple glazing, our window and door systems eliminate the problem of water condensation on the window panes inside the house. Our windows and doors have also been tested through NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) accreditation to withstand high air and water pressure, and show that they can perform strongly against violent storms and floods. durability benefits page.
DURABILITY

Kings Point windows uPVC window frames last a lifetime and the hardware we use has a lifespan of about 30 years. uPVC profiles do not rot, corrode, nor warp, and they will perform and look excellent for decades. Our windows and doors will outlast both aluminium and timber window frames by far, and are comparatively maintenance free.
Made for Any Weather
Kings Point Windows products are made to endure the Australian climate in any region.
Our high quality German uPVC profiles from aluplast are specially made for the Australian climate with an added "tropical" mix compound to protect against strong UV radiation from the sun. They have a strong resistance against wind, rain or even snow. In coastal environments, we also use highly salt resistant hardware. Finally, our windows are water tight, as they benefit from our multi locking point system which leaves no air leakage, are pressure equalised, and bushfire resistant due to the self extinguishing property of uPVC.
Secure
High strength window and door profiles made of uPVC offer the best solution for increased safety.
The steel inside the profile is used to reinforce the frame and sash of our windows and doors. The multi-locking point system used in all our windows and doors also ensures total safety and protection against burglary. We offer an array of safety glass, which are virtually unbreakable, as well as a variety of lockable handles for total safety.
Bushfire Ready
Kings Point Windows window and door systems offer considerable fire protection, achieving a rating of up to BAL - 40 (Bushfire Attack Level - Very High).
Fire tests have shown that our uPVC profile, with the material being naturally flame retardant throughout their product life, will not cause, support or enhance the development of accidental fire. Unlike timber windows, the uPVC sections do not support combustion and are in fact self extinguishing. This quality prevents the promotion of fire spread.
ACOUSTIC INSULATION

Noise pollution is one the worst stresses on human lifestyle. Acoustic performance is an essential characteristic of a modern window in order to ensure a comfortable life both at home and in the workplace.
Sound insulation is a priority in our uPVC profile design from Aluplast, with multi-locking points to improve insulation. It then is further enhanced by fitting steel reinforcement to strengthen the frame structure and choosing the appropriate glass for high acoustic performance.
Kings Point Windows uPVC windows and doors have been tested in CSIRO labs which showed noise reduction around Rw=32dBa. When tested with acoustic glass, they achieved noise reduction by Rw=43dBa. As a result, all our windows provide great acoustic insulation and, in severe cases, we can go even further by installing two sets of windows in front of one another.
UPVC Frame Performance
uPVC is a non-conductive substance, which means that, combined with double or triple glazing, our windows are unparalleled in energy efficiency as they massively reduce the amount of heat loss and gain.
Kings Point Windows uPVC window and door systems do not require regular painting and expensive maintenance. The profiles do not rot, warp nor corrode. Therefore, window maintenance is reduced to simple cleaning and without the extra costs.
UPVC Frame Design
uPVC window frames have been used since the 1950s in Europe and have since evolved to become the material of choice around the world for windows. They are versatile in design, and are used in any setting from industrial buildings to heritage houses. Therefore, our custom-made uPVC windows and door are the best choice for anyone looking to add durability and sophistication to their home.
